Galiway (GB), the busiest stallion in France this year, will stand for an unchanged fee at Haras de Colleville in 2025, the Jour de Galop reported on Monday. It will be the fourth consecutive season that he has commanded a fee of €30,000.

The son of Galileo (Ire) reportedly covered 250 mares in 2024 and it's been another successful year for his sons and daughters on the racecourse, headed by the Irish Derby runner-up Sunway (Fr) and G2 Lonsdale Cup hero Vauban (Fr), a leading contender for Tuesday's G1 Lexus Melbourne Cup at Flemington.

Galiway's stud-mate Kendargent (Fr), who is the broodmare sire of Sunway, will stand at a reduced fee of €12,000 (from €15,000) next season, while his son Goken (Fr) and dual-purpose stallion Soft Light (Fr) have had their fees dropped to €10,000 (from €15,000) and €4,000 (from €5,000), respectively.

Jour de Galop also had news of the stud fees for the four stallions standing at Haras des Faunes in 2025, including a new addition to the roster in the G2 Prix Eugene Adam winner My Prospero (Ire). The son of Iffraaj (GB), who also finished third in both the G1 St James's Palace Stakes and G1 Champion Stakes as a three-year-old, has been introduced at a fee of €3,000.

Born To Sea (Ire) has had his fee reduced to €3,500 (from €4,500), while Gutaifan (Ire) will stand for €2,500 (from €3,500) and Marianafoot (Fr) remains at €2,200.
